Brian Jenkins
Director
Brian obtained is BSc (Hons) International Agriculture and Land Business Management at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), Cirencester, England in 2001. He has 19 years’ experience in horticultural and arable farming sectors. Of that he spent 14 years’ service on Somawhe in various roles. Brian has an in-depth knowledge about agricultural processes, agronomy, precision farming and farm operations as well as land/field infrastructure development and land acquisition. He also has experience in business development including strategy, budgets and marketing, administration, financial planning and review and corporate social responsibility.
Gordon Francomb
Finance Director
Gordon Francomb is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience spanning the mining, construction, and transport industries. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Ox Construction (Zambia) Ltd from 2014 to 2018, where he played a key role in financial oversight and strategic growth. Gordon later joined Buks Haulage Limited (BHL Group) as Group Financial Manager, bringing his deep industry expertise and leadership to one of Zambia’s leading transport and logistics companies. He joined Agrivision as Finance Director in July 2025.
Patrick Kondowe
Financial Manager: Agrivision Somawhe Estate
Patrick has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and is a fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants. He has 19 years working experience, and spent this time in audit and assurance, water and sanitation, trading and support services and the last 11 years in agriculture as Financial Manager at Somawhe.
Richard Sikazwe
CSR/ESG Manager
Richard is a qualified Environmental Engineer and Global Good Agricultural Practice (GGAP) team leader with a demonstrated history of working in the cropping and poultry industry for over 10 years. Skilled in ISO 22000, ISO14001, Global G.A.P IFA version 5.2, IFC Performance Standards, Sustainable Development, Out-grower program implementation and Environmental & Social Management. He has served for 7 years in the Agrivision Group as Environmental Social and Governance Manager.
